Program Overview
UBC Leadership Development Programs for University Leaders are research-informed and grounded in experience of successful leadership practice that drives excellence in teaching, research and administration. The program can be tailored to the specific needs of participants. A certificate of participation is awarded upon completion of the program.

Program Format
The program combines academic presentations, seminars, visits and interactions with UBC leaders.
Duration and Fees
The program is normally delivered over a 3-5 days period. The length and focus of the program can be tailored to the needs of the group. The cost for the academic program is based on a cohort model. Accommodations, medical insurance, local transportation and cultural visits can be arranged and added to the package.
